Your website and pictures are beyond great! And thank you so much for posting this receipt which uses two of my favorite ingredients: pumpkin and carrots!

I just have one dilemma: all 350 g of sugar should be put on the kitchen cloth in order to unmold the cake? I have read and re-read your post and there is no mention of what happens to the sugar (and I realize that 350g of sugar is a bit too much to be sprinkled).

Hope you can clear this up for me.
